LEADERSHIP &
INVOLVEMENT

There are over 50 organizations that Thetas are involved in and approximately 70% of Thetas are in leadership positions at CMU. This year in student life alone, 10 of our sisters are Orientation Counselors, 3 are Orientation Leaders and 1 is a Resident Assistant. Theta offers 24 officer positions, which allows for our sisters to be involved with the sorority as well as develop leadership skills.
The sisters of Kappa Alpha Theta take pride in our involvement and leadership at CMU. Thetas are members and leaders of:

Thetas do it all! Thetas balance sorority life with not only academics and work, but also with involvement and leadership in numerous campus organizations. With fellow sisters involved in many of these programs, new members are highly encouraged to get involved and most find this a huge advantage to going Greek.
